Bailey brings years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, where she developed a strong foundation in delivering exceptional customer service. In 2022, she transitioned into the insurance field and joined Summit Insurance Group as a Personal Lines Account Manager. Bailey is fully licensed to assist with all types of personal insurance coverage and is committed to helping clients understand and manage their insurance portfolios with confidence and clarity.

A lifelong Snohomish County resident, Bailey now lives in the Lake Stevens area with her husband, Nick, and their dog, Luna. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures like camping and 4×4 activities and visiting the wineries in Woodinville and Lake Chelan. She also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new places, as well as winding down with a good book whenever she gets the chance.
